• $5,000 minimum initial order.
• May only sell items on approved channels.
• May not sell on Amazon or eBay sites.
• Must follow Manufacturer’s Advertised Price.
• Be able to provide a copy of your business license.
• Provide a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
